Bidra med feedbackWanted to go on broadway to one of the traditional honky tonks, but at this beautiful place ended! service was great, very friendly and attentive and eating was excellent. especially liked the indie rock music (franz ferdinand, foals etc.,) which played in the background. weather outside was not great so we stayed for a little longer, which was no problem. can recommend this place and the mosque mule, which comes with very tasty candied ingwer!
Great lunch atmosphere with really good food. Service was very attentive. The duck fat tater tots was delicious as was the french dip. Cheese burger was ok, still delicious but I would recommend another choice.
We came here for date night while in town and I’m so glad we did. Their food was amazing. For an app we ordered the oysters which were beyond flavorful. Dinner was their salmon and filet, then we shared a baked potato which was HUGE. The salmon skin was crispy while the salmon it’s self was soft and juicy. The sauce had a little kick to it but the roasted potatoes balanced it out perfectly. The filet was cooked correctly and was so tender it cut like butter. The flavor of it was amazing. Will definitely plan dinner here again. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended.
This place was really busy on a Tuesday evening for dinner. It was hard to find the hostess stand but we were able to locate it in the back of the restaurant. The service was a little disorganized but the guy managing the place was over the top with making up for the initial poor service we received. We were sitting down for 15 minutes before anybody noticed. There was also a mixup with our order as we were supposed to get the salad first but everything came at once. They quickly rectified the situation, by comping part of the meal and also bringing a peach cobbler, which was an added bonus. The fried green tomatoes were a little too fried, but the duck tater tots were absolutely amazing. The serving was pretty large, barely leaving room for dinner. The wedge salad was pretty good and the tomato bisque was just OK. The peach cobbler was fantastic. Overall, the service was really good and the atmosphere is energetic and hopping. I would go back for sure.
I was in Nashville for a conference at Omni and was looking for a place to grab some lunch. I am so glad I stumbled upon Merchants! I was alone and grabbed a seat at the bar. It was busy but not crazy loud or rowdy like many of the options nearby. I enjoyed a great martini, a steak salad and a piece of their killer chocolate cake- I wasn’t even able to eat half of it but it was well worth the calories and the price!!! The steak salad was delicious- everything was just fantastic. The servers were attentive and quick. Fred was great with suggestions too. Loved it here!
