Bidra med feedbackGreat food and service! Terrific homemade pizza and GARLIC KNOTS!!! Our waiter KASEY was eager to serve with a smile! Definitely love what Sal is doing in Nashville... we are looking forward to the new place opening in Rocky Mount!!
Dined inside for my first pandemic date night with my hubby post Covid vaccination. He remembered they served great food from his work travels and this location was empty of customers. Their loss was our gain. Best pasta of the year! Perfectly al dente fettuccine tossed in creamy well seasoned alfredo. The garlic knots were freshly baked and decadent. They were served with a marinara that tasted wonderful and homemade. My husband's philly was literally steamy yet the lettuce and tomato were crisp and cold. Juicy, cheesy and toasted to his approval and enjoyment. Took the salad home to eat later this evening (too stuffed). I have never been here before but this will surely not be my last trip. In an area full of the same old same old food wise, this italian cuisine hidden jem is definitely a place to stop on your next time in Nashville or when driving by the town. The spread of service will not delay and the food will not disappoint.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. In the South, many people prefer chain pizza restaurants, but as someone from Buffalo, I know that true pizza can only be found at a neighborhood pizza shop with a family recipe. The pizza at this place was exceptional - the sauce was delicious, the crust was light and airy, and the seasoning was perfect. I enjoyed watching the pizza being made, with my chosen toppings, and it came out just the way I like it. The dining area didn't seem to offer indoor seating, but that didn't bother me. I had originally hoped to buy a slice, but they didn't sell them. The staff was small but efficient. Don't settle for mediocre food - treat yourself to what you deserve.
I absolutely adored the ambiance and the warmth of the staff and owner at this restaurant. The owner even came out to chat with us during our family get-together, which made it feel even more special. Although it wasn't actually a large gathering, it felt that way with my extended family and parents present. Since the restaurant was quiet at the time, we arranged the food on one table like a buffet and had our family spread out at two other tables. It was a really lovely experience.
I believe this restaurant serves the best pizza and stromboli in this part of the city! I would go as far as to say it is even better than Domino's or other pizza places. Don't forget to order a salad with their delicious homemade ranch dressing!
