Ichiban - Nashville

We live in the opposite of nashville and go to the inner city for concerts at bridgestone, symphony concerts and preds hockey games. about the only sushi we're on the way is the kroger. I grew up on sushi in la, a sushi bar every corner, we don't love meeban because of its position on the 2nd avenue, we love it because it has damn good sushi. I can't tell them about the menu items, we never order them, but I can tell them that sushi is always fresh and tastes like it. therefore I give them 5 stars. service is great, saki is great, beer is cold, and the sushi will not disappoint them.

I have no negatives about this restaurant. simply said the service was excellent, the soosh was good, we got a warm towel to begin our meal, felt very authentic.

Iiban best in the middle tennessee!. the fish here is excellent, they do not last longer than a few (2) days on stock. everything is super fresh and delicious. I come from the sf bay and lived in Hawai`i and florida. Iiban can in any case be her own against any of the coastal restaurants I have eaten, and is better than most, I'm sorry that the reviewed down could not eat their raw fish, but really? it is a complete menu restaurant and has many authentic cooked Japanese dishes. they did not have to order food that is traditionally served uncooked (the fish anyway).

Excellent. Ichiban has delicious, authentic Japanese cuisine. it should be said that anyone who doesn't like raw fish has no business in a sushi restaurant. I recommend iiban.

The server and menu failed to say that all of their sushi (most) is raw! So they brought me my 2 rolls and I could not eat them. What's more, the server never asked if there was something she could do. I had been in the car for 3 hours and was starving. Sad place.
