E Milano's Pizzeria - Nashville

4.5 stars. Detroit style or Sicilian style pizza has, in my old age, become my favorite style of pizza. Thanks to yelp I found Pegasus and was there as soon as they opened. Owner was there by himself and was super nice. The inside is quaint and comfortable. Booths and chairs to sit in. And natural light. You can see in the kitchen which is cool too. The owner is a one man army in there. Placed an order for an Apolo to go and the cream ravioli while I sat in. The ravioli was so good. Rich and creamy. Basil flavor came through just enough and the mushrooms absorbed all rhe cream and basil flavor. The ravioli was perfectly cooked and the bread crumbs on top made for a perfect texture change to go with the soft pasta. The Apolo was great as well. Crust was soft in rhe middle and super crispy and buttery on the outside. The sauce is savory not sweet. The fresh mozzarella on top and the basil was a great combo. Safe to say I like basil. Would I drive over an hour to eat here? Yes! Thankfully for me it's only 10 minutes from work. So I get to increase my cholesterol trying more of his pizza and pasta.

Only my first of many take out orders/ pizza orders here . The pizza smelled heavenly, looked beautiful and the crust was unreal. Like a truly authentic, hand made dough with the perfect amount of crisp. The flavors were just as incredible- I'm excited to try more! This is one of the many local pizza options to my new apartment and I'm so glad I decided in this one. Also really friendly folks per my bf who picked up . Thank you!

Cheese sticks have the most actual cheese I've ever had.. golden flaky and melt in your mouth ridiculously good!! Detroit style pizza is better than Jet's because it's got some real high quality cheese and other goodness under the hood. The sauce is kinda different a little on the salty side but I loved every bite. All the toppings on the meat lovers pie we ordered were fresh AF. Highly recommend.

My husband and I got Pegasus to-go the other night and we’re blown away. We got the Aries pizza and the buffalo wings. The pizza was PERFECT, not greasy and the cheese was perfectly melted. The wings were great too. The real star was the pizza. We will be going back. It’s better than Jet’s.

Absolutely delicious pizza! I've been here a few times and I'm always highly satisfied. Today I added meatballs to the Apollo... it's a must try!!!
