Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

So slow, from the server to eat. we will handle these on our future travel. brot was either undertook or burned. there have been too much workman focus on loading, not enough on the service. eating was okay, though the sides were delayed. it should not take 40 minutes to get eat in a busy chain like cracker barrel.

If I could give this place a negative -100 I would. Please DON'T waste your time or money on this place. Take the extra time and drive to the one in Mount Juliet because they have the best service ever. This Cracker Barrel in Donelson is TRASH. They serve cold food and wrong food, and have bugs coming out the kitchen. Manager is RUDE and unprofessional.

How can a single Cracker Barrel be such a disaster! We stopped at this a couple of years ago while driving home and the service was horrendous. We thought it was Covid related and decided to stop for breakfast today. The lady that walk us to our table didn't say anything that could be heard about follow her, etc. Nothing. We knew what going to order and sat and sat and sat a little longer. Several servers helped other tables and a couple that walked in aftris and seated adjacent to us. No one bothered to even ask if helped thus after about 10 minutes we left.we did write on the menu that no one took order. I suspect those menus will just be tossed back in the pile. That is how bad this place is! We like Cracker Barrel but will never go back to this one. My advice.. Move along.. Waffle House is across the street.

Was greeted by some Malnourished Cornel Sanders looking man with a rude attitude. When I asked him how long an estimate wait, he said, I don 't know, however long it takes people to eat and leave with a rude tone. After we were seated our waitress greeted us with bad attitude and ignored our attempts to ask how she was or her name. Our order was taken but several others who came after us were served and drinks refilled, As if she completely forgot about us and then we left.
