Maggiano's Little Italy

This was an amazing experience with the best Italian food I've ever had !

It is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. We always come here, for lunch or dinner, when in Nashville. However this visit we had a birthday party in one of the rooms downstairs. The service was great and the servers were wonderful.

Ordered from Maggiano's here in Nashville for the first time today via DoorDash and received an incomplete order as one of the 4 things we ordered was missing. The customer service I was met with for a problem that was not our fault, was extremely lacking and rude. After this instance and given the wide assortment of options and quality Italian food in Nashville, we will not be ordering from or visiting them in the future. I'm a fan of the Maggiano's back home in Jersey, but this one was not it as the food was pretty lackluster as well.

I took one sip of my drink and a dead fly came through the straw into my mouth! The waitress tried to say it was a strawberry stem, but I know what a fly looks like. Even if it was a stem, why was it in my mango drink? The manager didn't care at all and just said flies are everywhere, especially around sweet stuff. This completely ruined our five-year anniversary. Wasn’t no apology just a “we took the drink off your ticket” as if I would still stay there and spend my money! Never been to McDonald’s and had a fly in my cup that’s unacceptable

Great food. Sweet tea was sub-par. Service was knowledgeable and surprisingly fast. Parking garage was farther away than I expected.
