Whataburger

Dined in wanting to enjoy a HOT Whataburger-what I received was barely warm.

My family loves Whataburger. Just not this location. The service has worsened since last year and this year seems to be heading in the same direction.The wait time, most of the time, is rather long and you can bank on your order not being right. I’d say they mess our order up every other time we go there and I’m not lying or stretching the truth, this is our biggest complaint with this location.Again, we love Whataburger and always will, but this location needs to make some changes and get better.

I waited 7 minutes at drive through to order decided to drive up and 2 cars were at window while 3 employees were talking to a off duty workerWent in to order and it took 15 minutes and asking 3 Times where my order wasScrew this place

I was there yesterday and left after 10 minutes after not being asked not one question. I didn’t get any help at counter to order and left. They did not need my business and they saw that I was there to order. They lost my business.

I'm sorry to give a bad review but the crew is not friendly had at number of wrong orders my burgers were covered in onions I do not like onions needs
