The Cheesecake Factory

Food is always good, so is service. Surprisingly the atmosphere wasn't as good as another locations.

It's Cheesecake factory. They serve literally every dish ever invented. If you can't find something you like here you have a problem.

I had a terrible experience. I brought my kids for lunch. I had a birthday reward (free slice of cheesecake) and a $5 off $25 order. The server, Jessica, was very polite. I let her know before I ordered my food that I would be using my $5 off reward. Once the bill came, she redeemed my cheesecake slice instead. I let her know I had asked to use the $5 off, she apologized and had her manager Angelo helping her to try and reverse it. After many failed attempts and an hour passed, I asked to speak to the manager. Angelo, very unprofessionally approached me, as if he didn’t have time to speak to me. Talked over me, I was very patient with the whole situation to begin with; after all this was a birthday outing with my kids. Angelo told me that I had to use my birthday slice reward before I was eligible to use my $5 off coupon. No where online in the terms and conditions does it state this. Jessica told me I would have to pay full price for my bill. Angelo was no help, and very hostile during the whole interaction in front of my family. What really upset me, was the server Jessica, came back to the table after I paid my tab, to tell me that her and the manager believed I was lying about not being able to redeem the coupon. I’ve been a Fort Worth native, attended the grand opening of this location, and this experience left a horrible taste in my mouth. And to not have any kind of resolution from the manager who treated me as if my business didn’t matter, I’m appalled this behavior was even allowed.

It was good staff was great . The only thing finding a place to park .
