Very rude and unprofessional honestly was the worst customer service in my life don’t recommend

I walked in and said hi ! Cheerfully as I 'm on vacation. The younger girl was watching the TV and said hi....and then proceeded to keep watching. Awkward moment, till the other older lady took my order. Chips were very average and fish looked like it was straight out of the kind you buy at woollies. Half the size of a normal piece of battered fish. They had no lemons but did explain that they were out of stock at the time. When we went to pick the order up the bloke seemed friendly enough! 21 bucks for 3 half piece 's of fish though...won 't be returning. Sad to see in a place that needs good customer service and hospitality. I 'm giving it 2 stars as I was just happy I didn 't have to drive into Dubbo for fish and chips and the bloke seemed friendly.

The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. When I entered to place my order, I greeted the staff, but no one responded. As I left, I was informed that I hadn't returned—this was quite confusing. The lady who took my order was not only unresponsive but also seemed somewhat rude. Additionally, the other girl at the counter didn't acknowledge me with a simple "hello" or "goodbye." Overall, the customer service from the staff was far from satisfactory.

Great dining experience with friendly staff. I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I visited this takeaway and ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a chicken carving. It was some of the best we’ve ever had. When we placed our order, they apologized and informed us it would take about 15 minutes because they had just received a large order. However, everything was ready when we returned. The staff were very helpful and polite. We will definitely be coming back!
