Wok'd Gourmet Chinese

Wok'd Casey Central have provided catering for our staff dinners three times now and every time the quality of the food has been amazing and the service outstanding. They happily cater for dietary restrictions and special requests and they went out of their way to deliver our meals when collection was not possible. We will certainly be ordering again! I would like to share my experience with wok in casey central, narre warren south, victoria. this is the worst place to order if they are looking for a vegetarian option. somehow it doesn't matter to them and will mix meat with vegetables. I ordered simple veg noodles with egg on 19/11/22 at 4:45 o'clock and I was hungry. this time there was only one Chinese lady at the reception and a chef in the kitchen with his phone play, as there were no other customers. I expressly stated that the dame does not use meat and use them seperate fry pan if they can wash it properly before they use it. after 15 minutes I went to get my food and took it home. and when I opened the box I did not see any meat, but the noodles look so strangely dry no sweet, so I just tasted a little and suddenly I saw in them put PORK/BEEF under the noodles. I felt so disgusting and I thought I would like to take it back to show them what they did. I felt as if they did not eat cat meat / dog meat, but someone cooked and served them this . So I went back with my food and showed the lady polite what they gave me. the dame began to argue that she gave me right food and when I showed her, she began to accuse the culinary person / chef without being apologetic and went into the kitchen. and again say the Nex food will be ready in 3mins and back to the kitchen. When she came back with food, she showed me with open box, whether it is the right one and I agreed. but I just wanted to give my feedback. I said politely to her pls they were careful when bypassing with means of life, because this is a serious problem. with the disassemble again they told me literally that they must serve the next customer, although there were 3 other girls standing to help just another customer that this time. at this time I saw that there were 4 more workers at the reception and all were Chinese. because the employees were not friendly, not apologetic, not even taken care of giving a good service on simple wise. so to say it was ridiculous experience and I will never go back there vegetarian options: the worst place for vegetarian eating or taking. it is highly contaminated food with others not veg ingredients and they will still say it is vegetarian.
