I ate at the fig tree last Sunday with my mother and daughter. I have no praise for this delicious moment that we have lived. Tajine and couscous are delicious and generous, a pleasure for eyes and taste buds. Tea and horns of gazelle are cherries on the cake that I rarely felt as much love in a restaurant kitchen.
