Bidra med feedbackI had a coupon for $25 off Brazilian BBQ and decided to give this restaurant a try. It was a great experience. We got a variety of entrees, sides, and meats including chicken, chorizo, pork, lamb, beef, chicken hearts, and pineapple (all you can eat) as well as a delicious dessert. Even though we didn't go on a show night, there was still entertainment in the form of a talented musician who performed a range of songs from Elvis to Ed Sheeran. The wait staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the future.
My husband and I went for a date night as he had been to s Brazilian restaurant in Toowoomba and raved about it. We sat down and drinks we ordered. 20 mins later the drink came out. We had not be explained how anything worked... so I asked ... to which I received a bumbling reply from a 12 year old who tried to excuse why no one had come over to the table. After receiving the explanation we then had our three course set menu. Honestly, the people were very friendly and nice (despite their lack of knowledge or experience) but the worst thing about the entire place is the food. Entree was two tiny pieces of deep fried banana (should have been a desert), two kfc chicken wings, 4 hot chips and 3 cheese bread balls I could have got from brumbies. The mains side only had two edible options (the rice and potato salad). The garden salad wasn't even dressed! the meat was the worst as it was foul tasting. Everything was so fatty! I couldn't believe it! I lost half my serving after cutting the fat off. No seafood option either. We left before dessert because we couldn't stand it anymore. I basically paid $100 for rice and potato salad. Maybe we are a picky with our food in terms of quality expectations but steer clear if you know what good food is.....
Reading some of the 4/5 star reviews it's hard to believe we are comparing the same place. My wife and I went for a nice dinner on a Friday night. The staff were chaotic, the band too loud you could barely talk, small children running around, the starters tasteless, the meat skewers dry, half fat and didn't taste fresh. We didn't even stay for the desert, just got up, paid and left. Quite a disappointment - cost $100 for 2x all you can eat and a couple drinks each
We recently visited this restaurant for their dinner/entertainment Saturday evening - we went with a small family group and after reading some online reviews we were a little apprehensive how the evening would go - we scored a Scoopon Deal to try it out :-) Shortly after arriving we were seated - they have a stated arrival time so everyone arrives at a similar time & this can cause some initial waiting ... the clientele appeared to be people celebrating one way or another, birthdays, anniversaries, work functions etc - perfect for a small or large group! . . . we waited approx 30 - 40mins & then came the entree's (I think most people would prefer to have the entree plates served a little quicker) - the waiters/waitresses work tirelessly - share plates are distributed to each table - you're welcome to ask for more if you think there is insufficient but I wouldn't fill up on entrees as the waiters soon come to your tables with BBQ Brazilian meats & small, various, salad bowls (again ask for more if u wish) - we had BBQ Chicken, Chorizo, Lamb, Pork & Beef - it was a novel way they served the food, bringing it out on a spit and slicing it at your table (our first visit to a Brazilian Restaurant) - the meat had so much flavour & we did go back for seconds of one or two ... then the entertainment - the female DJ involved everyone as much as possible, was cheery & entertaining - the dancers then appeared & they did a marvellous show ... some great dancing and stunning costuming ... then a Conga for those who wanted to participate - (that was a fun way to end the evening) ! Overall it was a good night at an affordable price with plenty of good quality foods. Our young waiter was attentive and pleasant, the dancers were entertaining and the restaurant had a welcoming ambiance. (to book is not always easy as the restaurant is not often open during the daytime and we did have to call several times to speak with someone, but I think they are still sorting through a few cobwebs of a relatively new business)PS: A *must* try is the pineapple - nothing short of amazing :-)
A hidden gem, we found this restaurant through Groupon. It is a nice setting , the food was great and the people are lovely. Definitely worth a try
