Super top zucchini flower, good, crispy and salty right. the best thing I've got and, I think, one of the best zucchini flowers ever. The same thing I can't say about the zeppoles, the fry feels that it is good, but to me a raw couple and to the nose felt the yeast (some cold and quite soft, the value however is that they were not greedy). potato crusts kneaded very well, excellent taste, they cost too little. the roasted pizza has some defects, my was wurstel and chips, completely dry and too elastic pasta. I also tasted the sausage and friarielli and that was good, but the pasta with the same defect, too plastic and elastic.
