Bonaparte's Retreat - Napoleon

The food is good especially their burgers that are grilled over flame. It is a little expensive but the staff is nice and all their food is good!

The food was okay, but there was a loud regular who wouldn't stop talking, and the bartender was also quite noisy. The waitress was a bit forgetful too. Would I make a special trip back? Definitely not.

I would advise against eating here. I ordered the baked cod and have been experiencing severe vomiting for the past three days, along with diarrhea and sharp stomach cramps. Although the rest of my party mentioned that the food was bland, I was the only one who got sick—clearly, the fish was contaminated in some way. Save yourself the trouble and drive past this place. For $55 for three people, and with two of us only ordering water, it's not worth the price or the experience. If you're looking for food poisoning, then this is the place for you.

I truly love this one-of-a-kind restaurant in Napoleon. The service is excellent and it has a genuine family atmosphere. The chicken wings with their homemade BBQ sauce are amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Plus, the beer specials are fantastic and the lunch menu is outstanding as well.
