Vourla Mediterranean Grill Cafe

3 of us went here for dinner last night for the first time. Ordered a glass of wine and 2 beers as well as the 3 appetizer combination which was mediocre at best followed by an entree each. Which were described on the menu as grilled. None were grilled and all were luke warm. Upon receiving the bill we notice they had added gratuity to a 3 top with an additional suggested tip. I asked the waiter if they add a tip to every bill and his response was it 's a service charge you can add a tip . Service charge??The service charge was 33.45!!! And then you want me to leave you a tip on top of that?!All 3 of us have worked in the industry. One of us still owns a restaurant and this place was very disappointing on all aspects. Not sure how this place gets such great reviews.

The food was good and authentic in general. I would appreciate if we had bigger plates to share our mixed platter. Kunefe was too crumbly, which is not the texture I used to have. Their cacik (tzatziki) is Turkish style so not spreadable, just to inform anyone who wants to order it. It's good in overall, give it a try!Food: 5/5

We will be traveling to Türkiye soon so we wanted to try out some Turkish food here in Naples. For an appetizer we had Ezme and for our entrees we had the Sultan Delight with Chicken and Chicken Shish Kebab. Everything was so delicious. For dessert we had kunefe with ice cream and loved the Turkish coffee and tea. Our server was Damla and she was so sweet and kind and attentive to our needs. I am looking forward to returning. I had the lamburger and I can say it was the best in town so far. They had a lunch speacial too but I guess we will try that next time

SO YUMMY. Amazing service for our party of nine and a wonderfully kind staff. The food was delicious and I look forward to our next visit!!
