True Food Kitchen - Naples

If your into healthy food this is your place, very beautiful the place, friendly staff, and the food was awesome, i ordered the peach drink it was good, i forgot the name of the plate i had but wow, it tasted great it was a steak salad, ill post pick of it.Food: 5/5

Our server Bethany was fantastic. She knew her menu backwards and forwards and was able to offer suggestions and answer any questions. The summer menu had just come out full of interesting and unusual choices. This just wasn't my cup of tea though I appreciate the efforts the restaurant made towards organic and sustainable food sourcing. It's definitely an acquired taste, and likely not mine.

True foods has always been one of our favorite spots. However, we recently took our mother in law out to brunch and were surprised by the service we received. We sat down in a corner booth for about 20 minutes before our server even came over with water. We were looking around for him and even made eye contact multiple times to try and signal him to our table to order, as we have been waiting almost 25 minutes at this point. We even thought about getting up and leaving to go to a different restaurant. He walked away a few times and clearly saw we were seated. We felt as if he was trying to deliberately not come to our table. My family was discussing how hungry we all were and how we wanted to order when he finally came over. He was rude and did not say hello or tell us his name. We said we were hungry and would like to order. He took our order and walked away sternly. He did not ask us how our food was when it arrived and did not ask us for anything to drink other than water. It felt like a chore every time we needed something. His body language was incredibly rude and off putting. Our food came out quick and was great! We paid and left. I usually never leave bad reviews, but was disappointed with the service we received today. I love true foods, as the food and ambiance is always great. Hopefully, we will not receive this server again and will be taking a break from true foods as we felt so unwelcome.
