Trattoria Mangia - Naples

We went with friends last night and had a wonderful experience. The food was really fantastic; generous portions and beautifully presented. The service was warm and friendly. This is a jewel of a restaurant, close your eyes and you are in Italy!. reservations suggested.

Good to great food. Great service. A little pricey but comparable to other Naples restaurants. The lasagnetta (sp? appetizer was good. Kind of a deconstructed lasagna. Red sauce is really good. Dinner comes with bread which was really good a small salad of mixed greens, carrots, and Italian dressing. My favorite was the meatballs.

Hidden jewel. Wonderful family restaurant, warm and welcoming staff. The menu is fabulous and the specialties put the freezing on the cake. The food was fresh, perfectly prepared and delicious. Can't wait to go back.
