The Cheesecake Factory - Naples

I like sitting at the bar, good service. Polite and not overly noisy. Everything is good and a decent value.Parking: Coastland mall.

We had a wonderful time. David our server was attentive and very nice.

Cheesecake Factory is the most unique and breathtaking restaurant experience. The food is a bit pricey, but absolutely delicious. The servers are friendly, informative and helpful. One complaint, however is that the bathroom trash can was overfilled and spilling over. But that may have been just a rare circumstance. Overall, if you’re a foodie (like me) you would enjoy Cheesecake Factory!

My son and I meet a work friend here to catch up. Our server was (Charles) he was amazing ? he explained the specials, had a great smile, wonderful presence! You can tell he enjoys customer service. We will be going back more often for all the wonderful healthy choices new to the menu that are out of this world!Vegetarian options: The restaurant has a healthier selection with less calories drinks.

Worse place I have ever been to. First waitress only took half or our order said I'll be right back, then ordered well done burger came back pink, they said let me get you a new one. They brought me back same burger with bun and toppings cooked. Gross. My ice tea had to be replaced because had floating tea grounds in cup. Come on Naples- just horrible and an $163. Bill. Never again
