Sorry, i just don 't want to hear, we 're only selling chicken nuggets and, or, oh yeah, too bad you 've made an in app order, because the ice cream machine..... AFTER I 'VE PLACED AN ORDER AND WAITED IN CURBSIDE PARKING FOR 45 MINUTES. It 's absurd and, honestly, one does wonder if they 're just making up the we 've only got chicken nuggets . Here 's a tip McDonald 's.... Either buy a machine that works after 11, or hey, another novel idea, how about TWO.

Knowing that their breakfast ends at 10:30 I placed an order online for breakfast pickup. My order was placed at 10:20 and got to the McDonald’s location at 10:35 and was told that they can no longer serve breakfast. I proceeded to tell them “ yes I know that’s why I placed an online order that I already paid for”. They kept telling me that they can’t serve breakfast any longer. As a customer when I pay for something in advance and within the time given to do so I do expect the product that I paid for. When I place an online order I do expect for said online order to be made. Like everywhere else when you place an order it is then made. The app did not say that you need to be there before 10:30 to get your breakfast items that you ordered. Over all if you are going to have an app where you can place an order ahead of time actually make the order and include your rules in the app when you make a purchase.

McNuggets taste like they’re supposed to but I ordered 20 and got 18 : Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
