Mcdonald's - Naples

The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The drive thru line quickly moved the server didn't understand English, so while I always asked if the remaining room was open. I just gave up and left. Very disappointing!

I must love to torture myself.. the male Haitian worker said that he couldn't take our order. My husband asked why. He said the system was down. Then my husband offered cash. He then claimed he couldn't because he was all by himself and they wouldn't let him. My husband asked if he was the manager her said no and the manager was gone. So we never got anything and left and went to steak and shake. I swear I don't know why I keep going back. We should all boycott this place until they treat customers correctly.

One of the faster McDonald?s in my experience. Also, still open pretty late, and I?ve never had a wrong order yet.

I love this McDonalds, the food has always been fresh when I go around 12:30am during week days. However management should really hire more people. I feel like this McDonalds always seems understaffed and their employees work really hard to make things work.

Disorganized. On the phone. For God sakes wear a hair net.
