Bidra med feedbackFrom the moment they are received to the restaurant, they are immersed in a cultural experience. that was great. the salmon with cream sauce was so tender that even people who do not care about scabs would enjoy it. and the crème brûlée was like heavenly ambrosia. Fucked with a hauch of zitrus, this was a dessert that my wife would not usually enjoy. we would eat here definitiw again!
Our first visit in this restaurant was above average, but the service was not at the level of a fine French restaurant, but was slow and lazy. the lamb chops that I ordered, medium rare were well made and the steaktar was presented boring, but delicious with not one garnish on the plate. the waitress did not mention that our soufflé had to be ordered with our main course. the check came wrong on the list of our desert as additional cost if it should be included as part of the more expensive price repair menu. the restaurant has a great potential, but needs a service envelope with the addition of a space captain to monitor the quality of the service and to correct the proper order execution.
This was the first time my friend and I ate at L'Auberge. I had a glass of Moscato which was very good. We each ordered their fixed-price dinner of escargot, roast duck with potatoes and string beans. The portions were large and the taste of the food was excellent. My friend had three profiteroles for dessert and I had peach melba. I have to say I liked her profiteroles more. I've had peach melba before but this needed more raspberry reduction. Also, the server was excellent. Even the chef and owner came over to say hello and check on us. Overall, this is one of the best restaurants in Naples. We have been coming to Naples for years. I'm sorry we didn't find this restaurant before. It was the best duck and over-all dinner we have had in a long time.
This was our second visit to L'Auberge in a month and we weren't disappointed. Two people had the duck which was excellent. Another the frogs legs which were delicious and the last person had the mussels with a Provencale sauce which was fine. Servers were very attentive and helpful.
Wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner. Charming venue and a marvelous Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert.
