Grand Buffet - Naples

Came here and the sushi was basically finished. Chef then said he's not making any more. Food was below average. Crab salad literally tasted like old milk.

The food was hit and miss. I judge a restaurant on it's dumplings they were not good. This place used to be great 10yrs ago. We had a great server.

I came to this place after eating at one of their restaurant in fort myers.Not much variety to choose?lots of seats, but too less food to choose, and the decor is very old, Properly their restaurant has been open for more than ten years?The environmentis very clean,I hope they can have more choices like the location in fort myers.only good thing is that the service is verygood?

Well we're not from Naples but we traveled here with my family before my son went back to school and I think a 3.4 rating is not fit for this restaurant. I seen a couple people say there was a odor when you first come in and it was but it wasn't to thepoint that you would turn back and didn't go in. The place was huge with a assorted selection of food and they we're bringingout fresh food every time we turnt around. The place was clean the waitresses was making sure to wipe down each table beforeother customers we're seated. They could have paid more attention to the restrooms making sure the floors we're cleaned ofanything and the stales was also kept up because it was alot of people going in and out. When we come back to Naples WE WILLreturn here.

Been going to the Grand Buffet since I was a kid. And it is still on point like always. Great food and great customer service. Love it.
