Fuse Global Cuisine - Naples

My wife opted for the octopus appetizer as her main course, which she enjoyed. I was surprised to find that they did not allow any substitutions or modifications to the dish, which I thought was unusual in today's world with people's dietary restrictions. Our waiter was okay, not the friendliest but acceptable. The prices at this restaurant are definitely on the higher side, and the location in a strip mall does not offer much in terms of scenery.

FUSE is amazing. The food, the service, everything about it is top notch. It never fails to impress.

I recently discovered Fuse and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is trendy with cool lighting and a relaxed vibe. The staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered the pork belly pimento sandwich with a side of pepperoni mac n’ cheese, and it was the best meal I've had in Naples. The pork belly was perfectly cooked and paired well with the fried onions and jalapeños. The pepperoni mac was also delicious and flavorful. My only tiny critique would be to dice the pepperoni smaller. Overall, this place is top-notch and deserves 5 stars!

YOU. WILL. NOT. FIND. SOMETHING. ON. THIS. MENU. THAT. ISNT. PHENOMENAL. PERIOD. My family and I went here to go on a food excursion, and we were not disappointed. We sampled octopus, kangaroo, and grass-fed beef just to start. A!MAZING! We left with our stomachs filled to the brim but we wanted more. We can't wait to come back and sample the delicacies we missed out on the first time around. 5 stars is no justice. 11 out of 5 for FUSE. We can't wait to come back!
