Chipotle Mexican Grill - Naples

Parking is definitely chaotic during lunch, with not enough spaces for all the restaurants and shops in Mercato. Food was still delicious. Service was ok.

This store was very clean and bright, the employee was friendly and fast and no ‘tude at all. Burrito bowl tasted fresh and delicious. Fair portions.

Consistently rude employees. I usually have the opinion that chipotles are under staffed and staff are doing their best. But at this location the staff was so rude to us, took seats from our table (our party had a single mom with 2 kids… they took our chair and gave it to a party that had 3 guests… and charged us for things we didn’t order. Beyond this visit, whenever I come here, I often have to clean my own table as they are covered in food and rarely do they have all toppings available. Very sad to see this location slacking as I often came here as a quick bite since it’s centrally located. Now I try to avoid it best I can.Also, crazy that there’s over a years worth of reviews about how horribly run this place is, and the response is a copy and paste of someone saying “we can use this: thanks for the feedback use this link” with an unusable like yall didn’t even take the time to delete “we can use this” or provide a hyperlink very telling the ownership/management is not going to change any time soon.

Alrighty y’all, I have been here a total of 3 times.The 1st time, not too shabby, was about 2 years ago.2nd time, mobile order placed to be ready in 15 minutes, 30 minutes went by and it was not ready, aside from the dirty tables that I waited at3rd time was just today, and they were out of peppers and Vinaigrette, and the cashier unfortunately had an attitude about it. I also got charged for two quesos when I didn’t order any. Might’ve been a miscommunication but kind of weird… also, they took one of our chairs from the table my family was sitting at for a group of 3.?‍? I think the management at this place needs to step up, it needs help in a lot of areas ?‍?I wish that I didn’t have to come here when I want a big ol burrito bowl. I will genuinely be doing everything I can to go to the next closest chipotle whenever possible
