Burger King - Naples

I visited on February 2, 2022, and had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was beautiful and impeccably clean, including the bathrooms. Gonzalo, the manager, was very pleasant and welcoming. I was uncertain about what to order, but Milly was very helpful in guiding me. I tried the chicken sandwich, which was delicious, and my fries were hot and fresh. Overall, it's a lovely place to dine! Highly recommend it!

This review is based on my visits from a few weeks ago. I attempted to go back a few days ago, on May 13, and found that the entire building had been demolished! I'm not sure if they are planning to rebuild or what the situation is. But I can say that the food, especially the burgers and nuggets, was quite a good deal! The burger even looked like something you'd see in a TV commercial! However, the staff only took my order and then walked away. I ended up having to grab my own receipt and cup because the servers didn't come back. It's not a big deal since I can get those myself, but it was a little disappointing that it happened with different servers.

I had the best experience at Burger King! Mel, the General Manager, truly dedicated herself to ensuring customer satisfaction.
