Terrible location. Time is 746 pm. I ordered a pizza and this is the 2nd time they say it's delivered and never delivered my pizza. I called in and the woman was very rude saying she never received my order or cared to apologize for their systems not working. Either way I'll take my business somewhere else.

We were told it would be 35 to 40 minutes and it was an hour and 45 minutes before we got our large pizza and antipasto salad! The salad was hot in our pizza was cold and greasy. Food: 2 Service: 1

I called to order a pizza for carry out. I couldn't understand a single word the girl on the phone said. I asked for the pizza to be half baked lightly baked and not cut. This was way beyond her understanding. I was told the pizza would be ready in thirty five minutes. When I arrived at the store I checked my pizza. It was over done and cut. And had been out of the oven for a long time. It was greasy and cold. The girl at the register could not figure out how to make change. I had to do the math for her. I'll never order a pizza from here again. There are too many choices to get good pizza and better service. The front line people passed their pre employment stupid test with flying colors.

My last review for Napoli at The Hitching Post Plaza was not great because it took forever to get my pizza. Well I am giving them 6 stars this time because within 1/2 hour, I ordered my pizza on the telephone and it was delivered to my front door, which is 10 minutes away from them. And my spinach pizza with tomato and sausage is fabulous as always!!!
