Sizzaly - Naperville

This is our 2nd time trying Sizzaly?s pan pizza after recently moving back to the area. So far, they?ve nailed it! The pizza eats light and fluffy. Almost like the mozzarella melts as you bite into it. They?re bread is airy as well, yet it has a nicely crisped crust. Also, the sauce and sausage both have good flavor. It?s nice to have a family run neighborhood-spot we can run to for a pizza night on a Friday (or any night)! Hoping they hang around through all this so we can enjoy some pizza?s for years to come!

I found out about this place while visiting my chiropractic next door and I notice that they have a lot of customers in and out picking up food on a regular so I asked how was their pizza I was told that they are pretty good so I one day decided to give this place a try. I ordered over the phone a pizza for my family. customer phone service was great ???? as well as their service and pizza a little pricey but its worth it. The ingredients are fresh the pizza sauce has its own distinguish delicious taste,I love?????it!!! I've been back serval more times and their service inside is just as good ????of service when ordering by phone and the pizza is still a thumbs up ???? Delicious!! ????. This is my new favorite pizza spot.????

The pizza is good, but I'm here to talk about the Italian sub. It was delicious, with fresh ingredients piled high. I was so pleasantly surprised. The picture I'm including shows the fresh lettuce and freshly sliced tomato (i opted out of the onions), but don't be fooled into thinking they pile these high and skimp on anything else. The cheese and meat are just as abundant.

Loved the Sizzaly that was in Downers Grove. Never had a problem. Sorry to see them close. But this location is different. We ordered White Pizza and instead we get red with cheese on top lol. If i was mean I should give 1 star because the operator kept calling claiming she did not properly charge the bill and she sent white piazza see the pic? when in fact Amex told me she charged twice and did cancel the second swipe. She claimed we were credited by mistake and wanted to charge again. We do like like food but the phone service is lacking.

Ordered a day ahead for a birthday party, as recommended by the venue. Order was forgotten about. 20-30 min past the sched delivery time, I called to see what happened and although the man was apologetic, I was also told I wish you would 've called me sooner ; not my responsibility. Long story short, pizza got there late and likely half baked. The kids only had 5-10 minutes to eat, before we lost the party room so a lot was wasted. Was also told I would get a partial refund as compensation, and that has yet to happen.
