Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Naperville

I ordered the 6 piece ghost pepper wings with a drink at first they gave me completely unsauced dry wings. No one in the restaurant spoke any English so I tried to explain that I ordered ghost pepper wings and she just sat their and eventually said ok went to go remake then and when I opened the box again I got the wrong sauce lazily dumped at the bottom of the box. The sauce also smells off. I ended up contacting support.

Highly disappointing experience.Tried the new Ghost Pepper wings.1st the service was slower than a fat kid walking up a steep incline then they had the order wrong!They fixed it but what 's worse is the food was horrible! It was so bland that I took a covid test, I thought I lost my sense of taste! Also, y 'all went hard on the ghost in ghost pepper because there 's neither flavor or spice!Worst Popeyes experience ever!Jewel wings would have been better!

I was very surprised at how clean the tables and seats were. I see so many chain restaurants starting to show lack of cleanliness. The chicken was hot and fresh!

You would think that Popeyes management would put a person working the drive through window lintercom system would be able to speak English, at the very least understand when being spoken to in English. I ordered an original number three which is a classic chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. I received three chicken sandwiches and three boxes of fries And had to wait 20 minutes for this. The 20 minute wait was even more aggravating because there was no one behind me and nobody in front of me at the drive-through. By the time I realized my food order was incorrect the person delivering it went back into the store door was locked and my patience was worn out. Will take my chicken sandwich business elsewhere.
