First let’s be observant and honest through that This store is challenged store due to lack of blessings from the corporate HQ.Kudos to the store manager Ms. Hannah who runs it with a huge smile to her customers, besides all the challenges she faces here! Panera needs to hire more managers like her, as a benchmark to their hiring process

My usual spot to grab coffee since signing up for their unlimited sip program. The place is always busy which is good and challenging at times to find a clean spot to sit. Bathrooms are usually worse off and have reported it almost every single time I have gone in along with company surveys. For quick pick-up, not a bad place but for dine in, just come prepared.
Come on Panera. Do better. Now that they package everything to go—-Portions are super small and yet expensive. Screwed up orders. Not coming here anymore. I noticed they don’t respond to any of these reviews. Nameless, faceless corporation.
