Dunkin' - Naperville

Bad experience.i usually go to this place. Today we went inside, so kids can pick donuts. We ordered donuts and Ice cream. Two ladies are there one lady give ice cream other one took donuts order and payment. I ordered ice cream donuts for kids and acappuccino and was waiting for more than 5 min to get my cappuccino. Because we are waiting one of us usws rest room and came,still our order is not ready. I noticed she gave two coffee to some one in drive thro and still I didn 't get my orders. So Isaid I ordered a cappuccino I have to go back to game can you give it . Indian lady who took my order I m also an Indian and Idon 't want other person get blame of her behavior), said she is not simply standing there she is working. I was shocked. I saiddid I say that ? she told me in a rude way and face you implied it , I said this is not how you talk to customers. Can yougive me my cappuccino? Then she turned around and said some thing bad. So I left the place and told her she can have mycappuccino for free...if you employee rude people to work then you will loose regular customers. I will not go here untill Inotice she moved from there. also I told her I put this review here).

Donut ice cream for my LO after school. We came to this store for a quick pick up. Despite the fact that there was just one woman handling everything, the service was pretty quick. The store is very organized clean. The fact that we can get icecreams coffee from the same place makes it even better.

This Dunkin' location is pretty standard, but I've had a few frustrating experiences because they often get my order wrong. I typically order a chai latte, but they frequently give me coffee instead, which I don't drink. I've also had issues with my munchkin order, where they simply didn't include them. However, most of these problems have occurred at the drive-thru. When I've walked in, I've only had a couple of minor issues.

I had a terrible experience with the service. When I tried to pay for my coffee, the pin pad was malfunctioning. I attempted to make the payment multiple times, and I ended up waiting at least 15 minutes. Eventually, the staff member told me that my card was inactive, which was frustrating since I had successfully used it at several other places. It was an incredibly disappointing experience.

This place is fantastic! The service is always friendly and quick. The coffee is brewed to perfection, and the blueberry donuts are generously glazed!
