The team was very quick. I didn't know some locations recyle certain size cups. I was able to sit outside and comfortably make a phone call. The inside lobby had a lot of foot traffic going on; some people had huge doggos and others were working on their computers.
Very very rude customer services this is the second time... I wrote I review on a survey the first time about my service and went again to buy some drinks and when I walked in they stared at me and were talking and laughing staring at me seen they knew i had wrote a review and my previous visit , I approached one of the managers and told her about the other situation and I told her it 's obvious you guys have a problem by the fact you guys are staring at me and she said,, the fact that you wrote a bad review about the customer service and your stilling coming to buy at starbucks !!!! this is the only starbcuks I have been disrespected and have had my drinks wrong!!! Starbucks should really hire people that love to work there and enjoy customer service..... Very disappointing..
It doesn't have drive-thru. Wrong information!!!They were out of hot cups so I got my hot latte in plastic cup.
