We grabbed breakfast here every day of our trip. My best advice: try the English muffin!!! They are great plain with jam or as a sandwich! My friend had the yogurt parfait one day and the croissan’wich the next. She loved both of those as well. I have absolutely nothing bad to say the staff is friendly. The line gets long quickly but service is still friendly and fast.

Wanted a quick coffee and English muffin early this morning for the drive to the Sacramento Airport. The Mini Model Bakery in Yountville opens at 6:30 a.m. which was perfect for our schedule. We ordered 2 americano's with an extra shot of coffee and cream. After a 12 minute wait while the barista explained to a new employee how they close early at 11:00 a.m. if business was slow and for her to text on her phone we finally got our coffees. The cups were full, no room for cream and when asked she just dumps about 1/3 out of the cup and then told us I only have milk, or almond, soy, etc. So for $10 we threw it in the trash! So disappointing because the other locations are top notch. This one needs new employees if it stays open.

Got here early this beautiful Sunday morning!! Lovely, patient and gracious staff while I picked out my selections to take home and share with my family. I ended up with two bags..bread bakery items and one of fruit filled tarts and pie! Sat on the picnic tables outside and enjoyed my Breakfast Sandwich!! Can't wait to taste all my goodies!

I heard about Model but had never stopped by until this trip. It is a bit pricey but still tasty. The English muffins are a light texture and more buttery vs sourdough or dense. I loved them not toasted, too. It depends on the texture and flavor you seek.
