This utter and complete sh!thole has closed down. Good riddance to a disgusting excuse for a restaurant.

What started off as a really good experience ended very poorly. I pulled up to the menu board and ask for an eight piece variety bucket, extra crispy. I had one question: would they substitute two more wings for the two drumsticks as my mom does not like drumsticks. They said they would. She gave me a total of $23 when I questioned the price because it was listed as $10 on their menu online, she kindly informed me that was an online promotion only and if I wanted to do it as a online order, it would be $10. So I pulled around and did the mobile order. When I got to the window, and received my chicken, I thanked her for doing the substitution, because my mom doesn 't like drumsticks, and she said don 't care and closed the window in my face. Maybe some of the worst customer service at the end of the transaction that I have ever experienced in my life. I probably would have raved about the experience otherwise, as they were nice enough to do the substitution at no additional cost, but those last two words really ruined it for me.

Received raw chicken on wed evening around 5 pm. People can get sick from that. There were a lot of ppl in line too.

The young lady on the window suggestive sold be a larger bucket of chicken making it an amazing savings and KFC chicken can't be beat! Amazing place right near Queen of the Valley Medical Center!
