BANK Cafe And Bar - Napa

We almost bailed on Bank, but I’m glad we didn’t. The food is very good and the ambience outside is lovely. Inside is a different story. Unless you’re sitting at the bar, I’d skip eating inside. It just doesn’t feel like a restaurant. There is nothing to absorb sound so it quickly gets very loud when there are several parties. The evening was chilly, and two large groups moved inside and the noise level was extremely loud. Fortunately, that meant we got two heaters at our table and the wait staff was quite accommodating. It was romantic and intimate. So in the end, it turned out perfect and we had a lovely meal.

Trash not worth it at all basically like eating at a pool no different, even mcdonald’s has better food and i don’t even eat fast food

We are lucky to have such a great spot and the food of course is outstanding.

The services was AWFUL! It took 20 minutes to be seated even though we had made a reservation. It took well over 35 minutes to be served water and that’s only because we asked for it. Took another 30 minutes to have our order taken. When our food arrived it was cold. Honestly the WORSE service I have ever experienced...even paying took a long time. An 18% gratuity was added to our bill automatically which I firmly believe was NOT earned. For the price, it’s just not worth it!

Nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone was following Covid precautions and I felt safe.
