Bidra med feedbackThe taste of the local ramen is light but flavorful. It's a taste that doesn't get old. There is plenty of parking available next to the restaurant. Cold water noodles are available from May onwards. They are also light and you can eat as much as you want. Highly recommend the soy sauce ramen and cold water noodles.
I couldn't get into Ryuumai because there was a long line, so I decided to search for another restaurant. In Akayu, I heard that Ryuumai is known for its spicy miso while Kikukawa is known for its soy sauce. I ordered the Chinese soba noodle soup. I was amazed by the high quality of the soy sauce ramen. I usually only like tonkotsu and miso based ramen and don't usually go for soy sauce, but this is a taste that makes me want to come back even from far away. I will definitely come back to Akayu just for this (laugh).
I was a first-time visitor to this restaurant, but I was very impressed by the customer service. In the competitive ramen scene of Nanyo City, this was the best ramen I have ever tasted. It had a nostalgic flavor reminiscent of Showa era Chinese soba. The soy sauce flavor didn't overpower the deliciousness of the soup. I believe this ramen is worth eating every day, as it lives up to its reputation.
