I did take out and the food was still warm when I got home!
If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would. Today I ate lunch with my daughter and we’ve been going here for years, the waitress/owner/manager/older lady/Kim was never friendly but this time it really ticked me off. We had two soups and I asked for a take out box for one of them then the worker said “Oh My God” and THREW the take out box on our table. Then when I called her out for being inappropriate in front of my daughter all she answered with was “so?”. I asked her how she could only say so? and I told her I can’t recommend this place to my friends anymore. She said she didn’t care and I told her she shouldn’t treat her customers like this. I’m very disappointed because we’ve been coming for years. They don’t care about customer service, and she shouldn’t be in this kind of business.
Never come back here again. If I could put 0 star for this place I definitely will do. I ordered lunch special for me and my co worker at 1pm on Wednesday. I went to picked it up my order, she charge me $37 for 2 beef udon (supposed only $13.99 each one for lunch special). I told her, she make the order wrong and it didn’t make sense to me to come here at 1pm to pick up dinner order. The fact she act so mean, she keep said she didn’t hear I say lunch special on the phone. But my co worker who’s there with me even YES she DID say it. Overcharged customer and don’t even said sorry, my co worker told that shopping center gonna closed down soon, I guess that’s why they don’t care about customer service anymore. It’s fine to me, they don’t need customers, so I won’t go back then. By the way we open the food after go back to our office, it’s the same every lunch time order, nothing extra more and special food on our DINNER order, definitely SCAMS. Keep ur $10 lady.
Went to eat with my family. My order was messed up when I pointed it out to the waiter she informed the owner who began to scold her. At this point I felt uncomfortable, my order was never corrected as if it was my fault. I paid my bill and vowed never to return.
