Mcdonald's - Nanuet

Horrible service. There is still only drive through service. There was only Ice Tea or coffee to drink and they throw your food on the pickup counter as if you should already know that it is yours.

By far the worst, poorly run McDonald’s I have ever been to. Constantly out of items whether it’s soda, food items, toys for happy meals etc. the ice cream machine has been broken for months. Drive through staff is very pushy and not friendly and heaven for bid they get your order wrong they will make sure some how it’s your fault that happened. Update: McDonald’s please shut this location down you have nothing but a complete team of unqualified people working at this location.

I don't think I've ever been grossed out at a McDonald's before but there's something about a fly tape hanging right over the numbers for pickup that just made me want to walk out without the food.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Rudest drive through and they don't have any drinks. I only was able to get an iced coffee which felt room temperature not iced! It literally tasted like milk and sugar mixed in room temperature water. I am not sure how this mcdonald still exists!
