21 Broad - NANTUCKET

Very nice hotel in which we spent two nights for our wedding trip. Everything is very well renovated. The bat is splendid and in the middle of the city. The room is a little small but everything is very well designed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. A special mention for staff who welcome us with hot cookies. Always smile and available to inform us about the surroundings. Thank you for your kindness.

Sitting on the ferry and already this place is missing!! Where to begin...first I will start with the GM Ryan, who so kindly allowed us to change our arrival date due to the predicted rain the entire stay : . The inn is a beauty... exactly what you want and need for a Nantucket stay. Beautiful crisp, flawless guest rooms and welcoming meeting places. Loved the rear deck with the fire pit for breakfast HH (BYOB, they offer the rest and the front porch is beautiful with large DWR-rockers! But the true stars of this charming inn are the staff: Barbara, Jenna, Gavin, Ben, Amoy, Housekeeping staff and mentioned Ryan and his wife Tavis... they really go the distance (and they are really lovely. Beautiful range of continental breakfast options and homemade cookies, free use of iPads, beach bags and towels... it's just so great!

We loved all about 21 Broad-- the room, service, location. It is the perfect place to stay on Nantucket. We'll be back soon!

Sometimes you just feel like it's completely right for you... that's my experience. I appreciate the attention to detail everywhere. The fact that I can walk out of my room on the second floor and get coffee from a beautifully presented coffee station... in a real cup... was the icing on the cake. Nicely simple, elegant, modern, fresh. I'm dying to stay back and I'm still here!

Great location... great rooms... great breakfasts... great staff
