Ramen Ya - Nantes

Very good noodles, farms, that do not become all molles at the end of meals. I took a very spicy 1 broth even just at level 1 so be careful. Despite that, it was delicious. Nice and welcoming staff.

An excellent restaurant even if the entrance is difficult to spot. The welcome is warm with a wide range of choices. The ramens are all made in front of us what is positive. The noodles are excellent. The meat is tender and goutu. The sauce is also good with a good flavor and the ajitamago eggs are absolutely to be tested. The ramens are shoyu and jigoku. For jigoku you feel the chill so I recommend if you like it. Really approved and I highly recommend

It will be our new canteen installed in Nantes. Very good ramen and gyoza, many choices of ramen. Professional staff and one to cook with attention to my vinegar sauce. Go on!

Delicious and with a great choice. The bouillons are delicious and the generous portions. The pig of the ramen is exceptional! The service was very fast. The gyozas were very good as well.

Very good address to eat ramens (news) in Nantes and make your taste buds travel! You can choose the size of your ramen (fine or thick) and their cooking! You can eat at the bar and enjoy the show of preparing your dishes, it's nice! Plan a little wait (out of the world), the restaurant is small and narrow. A little expensive to my taste for a single slice of fine pork roast, hence the 4 stars... but it's very good!
