Bidra med feedbackWide selection of meat and slaughter dishes. The quantities are cumbersome, but not necessarily the best I had. The place is clean and the service is good. The steactare was huge (300g) served with fried potatoes.
We dined in Les Nouveaux Abattoirs in Nancy early May 2013 and it was one of our worst restaurant experiences ever. First of all, for those looking for reviews about this restaurant, I would like to advise you that they appear on TA TWICE (using the... same address, which is why I also post this review twice, so that everyone about the bad price quality you receive when you eat in this restaurant. The price for a 3-course dinner we paid was EUR 30 per person (without drinks included). This low price and restaurant name allowed us to choose this restaurant. In a restaurant that calls itself 'daughterhouse' in French, the least you expect is quite decent meat. But both low end organ meat (originated as an entrepreneur and high-end veins escalope (as the main course were of a terrible disappointing quality. The organ meat melts as if it were 't properly cleaned and the calf fillet had nerves, veins and fat in it. The potatoes served as a supplement were safely cooled. Why are you going to a restaurant if you can just freeze them at home? In addition, I chose her specialty quiche Lorraine, and I do not consider myself a kitchen princess, but my own quiche Lorraine is much better than that served in this restaurant. Consider that we actually WERE in the region of La Lorraine, it even came as a greater disappointment for me. The only good thing about this restaurant was Dessert and the fremale waitress who was quite ok (but her male boss was certainly not. My advice: If you want to enjoy a good meat (or a good meal, don't go there!
