Panago Pizza - Nanaimo

Ordered through Skip. Arrived in decent time, but pizza was over cooked and dried out. Went throughSkip complaint process and was denied any relief. Ate 2 pieces, threw the rest out. There should be a reasonable dispute process in place for this type of incident, but there’s not. I will not be ordering Panago again through Skip.

Dealing there for long time food is alwas good the have our pizza historie so all i have to say what ever whe hat the lost time.

DO NOT use the App..!! The instructions you give the App are centralised and THEN sent to the store. The problem is that if you order a pizza and want to add a bunch of toppings, the person recieving your order will delete many of the original toppings without your input AND will not reduce the price.Complaining will NOT help. INSTEAD phone them to order AND in Nanaimo, B.C. order from the 4th Street location.

Love the pizza its delicious! But if there is someone that lives in a trailer park or fork pathed residential area. They make you pick up near street entrance. Which is discrimination and hard for anyone handicapped

The pizza at the north end location is fine, but pizza from the Fourth St location is better and more consistent. Since it’s a franchise I would expect there to be a standard for the amount of toppings and cook time, but most of the time when we order from this location it’s soggy and the plant-based Mediterranean only has a sprinkle of cheese. There’s no way someone ordering a pizza with regular cheese would put up with being gypped, so I’m not sure why it’s OK to do it to those ordering dairy-free.
