New York Fries - Nanaimo

If I could give a star review, I would. I couldn't get my Wi-Fi or internet to work, so I called the load to place an order and said I couldn't get my Wi-Fi to work and was told that they were busy and order on the jump or another service. Maybe I'm wrong, but they also need Wi-Fi or date. So you just lost a cust and trust me all I know will know how stupid you are.

Not a good as it used to be and the prices are climbing. They need to cook their fries longer so they are really crispy before covering them in gravy otherwise they are soggy and gross. Don't think I'll be back for a while.

Recommend staying away from the large size of poutine here. The fries at the bottom turn to mush amid a sea of grease.My friend got the works poutine in a smaller size and it seemed to fair better.Also, none of their “specialty” poutines come with gravy so be sure to add that for an extra charge if you consider it to be crucial to a poutine.For a large poutine to settle out some cravings go spend 4 at Costco and you will come out feeling better.

We got poutine from this place and it was good! I would have liked a little more cheese, though! The cheese to gravy ratio was good but not the best!The employee who billed us was great. He did not make us wait long and was efficient and cheerful!I would like to try the other fries they have but their poutine is definitely worth a try!
