I feel bad for the employee's, since they have always been lovely. Unfortunately the store is so slow. Multiple times I enter the drive thru with no or <4 other cars and it takes around 10 minutes to get my order. I used to love going here but now I avoid it.
Worst service ever. Two male workers are rude and dirty. The cook doesn’t wear gloves and touches the screen and scoop the food with his hands. I asked to change my food but serves me the same food and the guy with gold earrings got mad at me and very disrespectful. Doesn’t know how to do customer service
Did you know that technically, their products do not actually qualify as « milk products » please value your health and choose better options
We were unable to access Wi-Fi. This is important for my mostly foreign crew who need to call home sometimes. We will have to go to McDonald's next time, since this is a deal killer. We prefer the food at dairy Queen, but it's not a full service place if you can't do your normal lunch time activities. For my guys that means calling home, using the internet. There were only three other customers, so we would triple the body count whenever we stop by at that time.
