Bidra med feedbackAs the reputation goes, the fish served by the owner is exceptionally fresh and beautifully presented, both the sashimi and simmered dishes are wonderful. The selection of sake depends on the sourcing, but when I visited they had Peach Boy and Minami available. The location is always quiet, making it possible to enjoy a luxurious meal at a reasonable price. Be sure to try the vibrant salad! They are closed on Sundays and open for dinner.
This restaurant is located closer to JR Goemoncho Station. Although the exterior may seem a bit rundown, the interior is clean and bright, with the shy master, who becomes lively when drunk, and the energetic landlady, who is strong with alcohol, welcoming you. The sashimi is excellent, as you can see from the photos, and the presentation is wonderful! Truly the skill of someone who has trained in Tokyo. How about trying a unique menu item, "Apple and Buckwheat Noodles" from Aomori, as a closing dish? I still haven't been able to finish it because I usually eat so much before getting to the end!
I always find great comfort in the discerning dishes of the wonderful chef. A must for treating myself and important entertaining.
