The Human Bean - Nampa

I am in love with the Java chip smoothie with no coffee in it. It's like a choc. chip milk shake without the ice cream. So good!

Awesome as always the ladies are so happy and upbeat answers all your questions and are quick to get you your order. Can't wait to go again

Service here doesnt seem likecit was. Barista on duty made me feel uncomfortable because i couldnt remember the name of the blended drink and I didnt see it on the menu at the window. I left. Later recalled it was a Granita.

Not sure what has happened within this last year but this location is constantly a let down. The staff is rude, the orders are never correct, and the wait (even when you?re the only one in line) is astronomical. We ordered two large drinks- we were charged for said large drinks that were incorrect sizes and incorrect drinks. Staff didn?t even direct attention back to us to have it corrected. We were ignored. Staff has always seemed annoyed by assisting customers and we regularly get incorrect drinks without them being corrected- or you ask for them to be corrected and they make them incorrect again. We understand that staffing is short but it makes it hard to sympathize when there are multiple people serving a single car and they can?t manage. We love the human bean but will have to find other coffee options in the area.

Always very friendly customer service and most of the time the orders are made pretty quickly but the quality and taste of the drinks are much better than all of their competition in the valley.
