Bidra med feedbackThe first time I had ever eaten in Smashburger, I felt like I had just eaten a burger that was boiled from a chef to Master Chef from the menu. Your burgers and smash-ries, depending on who cooks, are from this world!! I have NIE such incredibly tasty, unforgettable, salty and yet tasty pommes! I can't expect to go back and repeat the experience.
The staff was very friendly, friendly and funny. The food was excellent. It was my first time and I got the bacon smashburger with perpetrators. Didn't even know they served beer there, so I ordered a rumor to go with. It was great. Will return.
Not sure if they can find a manger at this point, but we're going to Boise now if we want Smashburger. You can be the only ones there and it takes 25 minutes to get your food. The staff is always confused the last three times I was, and they welcome you by telling you the waiting time, not ?hello? or even?hi? I never leave bad reviews, but this place needs help. Previously great, but since 2020, ever worse, every time we board or pick up.
So typically I love smash Burger but the last two visits were less than satisfying. The first visit I had ordered a bacon burger well done, the burger was not only missing the bacon but wasn't well done. The second visit was also disappointing as the smash fries were old and cold. To top it off the employees aren't friendly or helpful I let them know about the issues and nothing was offered to fix the issues, I mean new fries on the second visit would have been sufficient. Anyway I probably wont be back to this location.
We had never been to Smashburger before. My husband and I were so pleased with the experience! Their options for Brussels sprouts as a side absolutely made my day! I LOVE Brussels sprouts. If you?re not a sprouts person, I urge you to still consider giving them a try? unless you?re just downright disgusted by them. But if you?re on the fence, they?re superb! Also, they have amazing tots! The burgers were pretty good too. I will say, the one thing that got me was the cheese. They are seemingly an upscale fast food restaurant, or appearing to be one. However, they?re still using that orange American melty cheese on their burgers. I know it?s cheaper and whatnot, but it?s was the ?downfall? for me of the burger. They were also a bit spendy, and yes, we took into account that it?s a ?gourmet burger?. Aside from that, the food was amazing, the service was great, and the place was clean!
