Chicago Connection - Nampa

Some of the best pizza we've had in Idaho. We all know pizza is best at the restaurant- but this place goes the extra mile and has ovens in their delivery vehicles to try and maintain that. I appreciate that we have to cut the pizza at home, and even if they won't deliver to our future address, I'd be willing to drive all the way across Nampa and dine in. And we didn't even try the lasagna pie yet. That's definitely next! Bonus- it reheats well!

OMG, the Antipasta is an amazing salad for $14. My wife gets every time we go. The Nampa location may not have a salad bar, but they do have Salads. I would have taken a picture of their pound of chicken wings, but the BBQ and Sweet Thai dipping sause was too good. THAT sauce was great on the cucumbers, carrots, and lettus as a side to the wings. There were 6 beads sticks that made other chains taste like frozen food.

We are at home with Covid and decided to order food from Chicago Connection. I ordered online and asked to have it delivered at 3:45 4:15. The delivery came at 1:45. I told the delivery driver that wasn't the right time for delivery. She said she'd take it back and make us fresh food for the correct delivery time. They came again at the right time, but they did not make us fresh items, my sandwich was soggy and the pizza was congealed. We had to throw the food away.... And we have always liked Chicago Connection, but they really dropped the ball this time.

Chicago Connection Pizza is considered a treat in our house, however, on this latest online order I had requested the pizza uncut as it stays warmer longer when uncut. Hubby was not going to be home right away. Also, normally the delivery time is about 55 minutes. So about 70 minutes later and no pizza I called the store. I was advised that the delivery driver left 19 mins ago and I was the first on his list. WOW! That was surprising as I live about 5 minutes away if that. I received my pizza, which by the way was delish! My complaint is the length of time for delivery and my pizza was cut, which was not what I ordered. Here is hoping the next order is better.

Holy **** this place has taken a dive!! Ordered a deep dish and it was a frozen pre made crust that was then filled with toppings by rainman. I mean the deep dish was ****, DO NOT order!!!! The antipasto salad was ****. It was that lawn clipping type salad with **** toppings. Go to Idaho pizza instead or be my guest and waste your money here!!!
