Getting in contact with corporate food cold not fresh the wait takes extremely long for no reason staff keeps a attitude sometimes wrong items are given out highly disappointed wont be ordering from here ever again

How do you guys have your lobby open but no kiosk OR front line/lobby person?

Ordered 4 tacos waited 45 minutes I understand a long line, but I was the only one there and they made me pull up to wait. I think possibly they just forgot me but it was crazy.

The staff seem overwhelmed. I walked in to place an order and I guess it was the manager. I’m not sure it was a older white lady with grey hair. she was very rude but I’m not sure why because the line was not long. The food is good when they get it right the order, right.

Pretty much like any jack-in the box. It isn't one of the bad ones. Pretty decent
