Běn Jiā Guī そば Běi Zhōng Diàn

I came to Kame Soba so I ordered the Kame Soba without hesitation. I also ordered the Tebichi as a side dish. The noodles were chewy and the soup was light and delicious! The Tebichi was also very tender and tasty, easy to cut with chopsticks!

Kame Soba's three-layered pork soba has a broth that really hits the spot, although I think it's a pretty standard broth. The atmosphere of this cozy, local restaurant is perfect for relaxing. The staff were also very polite. The original branch is located in the port, and I heard their Tekka-don is delicious. I'll have to come back for a second try!

I had the Large serving of Pork Soki Soba for 850 yen! The meat was tender and the broth had a rich flavor, very delicious! As someone who loves Fu-Chi-Baa (Yomogi), I couldn't resist it at all!
