Burger King-trm - Nairobi

I forgot a small shopping bag with some stuff I had bought yesterday. Called them this morning and they had kept it there for me. Honest and great people working there. And the food is good too

The food is good, the service is very commendable but the atmosphere is a let down kiasi. I understand the space is small but... That doesn't mean that you should not invest in an AC because when that place becomes crowded and hot (because of the kitchen), it reeks of sweat, hot oil and sauces. And one can't stand eating in such an atmosphere. And sometimes the floor is dirty. It's important to clean the place. I had to move from BK TRM to two rivers because of those two things even though I love your services.

Great Burgers. They've mastered the art of making them. I liked the service by the staff. Welcoming, informative and fast. I loved the meal.

The food is always fresh/tasty.... BUT THE STAFF ALWAYS START CLEANING UP TOO EARLY IN THE EVENING BECAUSE THEY ARE IN A HURRY TO GO HOME,ANY TIME U COME AFTER 9.15PM THE CASHIER TELLS YOU TO ORDER TAKE AWAY BECAUSE THEY'RE ABOUT TO CLOSE??

Their burgers are juicy with less additives such as sauces therefore one bringing out the natural flavours of the burger. The customer service is exemplary.
